Sell optical products (eyeglasses, contact lenses, and sunglasses); Serve customers according to the company's established standards, following the Sales Protocol steps; Track daily individual sales to ensure achievement of the monthly target; Monitor sales of complete eyeglasses (O.C.), ensuring report completion and achievement of biweekly and monthly targets through KPIs (Infoboard); Register customers in the system; Perform necessary measurements for technically accurate optical sales; Process exchanges and returns (customer and system); Monitor service orders with the laboratory, ensuring delivery within the timeframe communicated to the customer; Inspect service orders delivered by the laboratory against the original orders (quality and condition verification) and execute the 'magic moment' upon delivery; Generate and receive courier packages; Minimum Education: High School (Secondary Education) * Transportation Allowance (VT) * Life Insurance * Medical Assistance * Dental Assistance * Product Discounts
