




**Function purpose \-** Ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the company by integrating people, processes, and results management. The operational manager is the driving force behind daily operations — ensuring patients receive excellent care, teams remain aligned, and operations run with excellence, care, and purpose. **Key responsibilities:** · Supervise the company's administrative, commercial, and operational routines; · Manage the appointment schedule, ensuring an agile workflow and high-quality customer experience; · Monitor performance indicators (customer service, revenue, occupancy, customer satisfaction); · Support leadership in decision-making and implementing continuous improvements; · Lead people management: performance monitoring, feedback, shift scheduling, and behavioral alignment; · Control inventory, procurement, and supplier relationships; · Ensure compliance with regulations and best service practices; · Guarantee that the company's culture and purpose are reflected in every team interaction. **Minimum requirements for participation in the selection process:** · Completed high school, technical, or higher education (degrees in Administration, Human Resources, or related fields are a plus); · Previous experience in management or coordination roles within clinics, laboratories, or service companies; · Basic knowledge of financial control, performance indicators, and administrative procedures; · Strong communication, organizational skills, and collaborative leadership profile; · Proficiency in management tools (spreadsheets, scheduling systems, ERP). **Preferred qualifications:** · Additional training in people management or leadership; · Experience implementing processes and operational standardization; · Background in customer service and humanized relationship management; · Analytical mindset with strategic vision and results focus; · Ability to train, engage, and develop teams. **Working hours:** · Monday from 7:30 AM to 11:30 AM; · Tuesday through Friday from 7:30 AM to 11:30 AM and from 1:30 PM to 6:30 PM.
