Job Summary: Sell optical products and serve customers, monitor sales targets, and perform technical and administrative procedures to ensure customer satisfaction. Key Highlights: 1. Customer service focused on sales protocol and quality. 2. Monitoring of sales targets and O.C. (complete eyeglasses) orders. 3. Management of service orders and quality control during delivery. Sell optical products (eyeglasses, contact lenses, sunglasses, and accessories); Serve customers according to the company's established standards, following the Sales Protocol steps; monitor daily individual sales to ensure achievement of the monthly target; Monitor O.C. (complete eyeglasses) sales, ensuring report completion and achievement of targets (biweekly and monthly) through KPIs (Infoboard); Register customers in the system; Perform necessary measurements for technically accurate optical sales; Process exchanges and returns (customer and system); Monitor service orders with the laboratory to ensure delivery within the timeframe communicated to the customer; Inspect service orders delivered by the laboratory against order specifications (quality and preservation verification), and deliver them during the 'magic moment'; Generate and receive cash deposits (malotes); Minimum Education: High School (Secondary Education) * Meal Allowance * Transportation Allowance * totalpass * gympass * Dental Insurance * Health Insurance * Life Insurance
