Serve as a technical reference for the team, in a leadership competency development process. ### **Job Impact** * Ensure compliance with biosafety and quality protocols across all collections. * Support the technical team in clinical assistance activities and in organizing patient care workflows. * Contribute to engagement and organization of the collection team. * Ensure a safe, efficient, and humanized experience for patients. ### **Responsibilities** **Primary Activity** Support the collection team’s leadership and perform nursing procedures with technical excellence and patient focus, under coordination supervision. **Key Activities** * Perform blood collections (up to 20 tubes per patient) – **daily routine**. * Administer intramuscular (IM) and intravenous (IV/EV) medications per medical prescription. * Assist in scheduling and routine organization for the collection team. * Manage supplies, materials, and expiration dates. * Onboard new team members and support technical training for the team. * Ensure compliance with institutional standards and protocols. * Support nutrologists and clinical staff when necessary. **Technical Requirements** * **Technical Nursing qualification** with **active COREN registration (mandatory)**. * Proven experience in **blood collection (up to 20 tubes per patient)**. * Experience in **administering IM and IV/EV medications**. * Knowledge of **biosafety and pre-analytical control**. * Familiarity with **team management and clinical workflow organization**. **Preferred Qualification:** Experience in clinics or laboratories serving **high-end clients (A+ segment)**. **Behavioral Competencies** * Clear and empathetic communication * Proactivity and willingness to learn * Attention to detail and patient care * Collaboration and teamwork * Professional and ethical conduct * Interest in developing leadership skills **Performance Indicators** * Compliance with quality protocols and standards * Reduction of rework in collections and procedures * Patient satisfaction and feedback * Participation in training and process improvements * Effective support to the team and coordination ### **Working Hours** **Monday to Friday:** 12:00 PM to 9:00 PM **Saturday:** 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Minimum Education: Technical Course * Transportation voucher * Meal voucher * Food allowance
