### **Nursing Technician**
**Required: Active COREN registration for Nursing Technician.**
**Location:** Moema – South Zone of São Paulo
**Work Mode:** On-site | Monday to Saturday
**Base Salary:** R$ 3.023,00 + **Hazard Pay (20%):** R$ 324.20 = **Total Remuneration:** **R$3.347,20**

Support the coordination of collection and nursing activities, ensuring correct execution of procedures, compliance with biosafety protocols, and delivery of a welcoming and humanized experience to patients. Serve as a technical reference for the team, in the process of developing leadership competencies.

### **Responsibilities**
**Primary Activity**
Support team collection leadership and perform nursing procedures with technical excellence and patient focus, under coordination supervision.
**Main Activities**
* Perform blood draws (up to 20 tubes per patient) — **daily routine**.
* Administer intramuscular (IM) and intravenous (IV) medications as prescribed by physicians.
* Assist in scheduling and routine organization for the collection team.
* Manage supplies, materials, and expiration dates.
* Mentor new staff and support technical training for the team.
* Ensure compliance with institutional standards and protocols.
* Support nutritionists and clinical teams when required.
**Technical Requirements**
* **Nursing Technician** qualification with **active COREN registration (mandatory)**.
* Proven experience in **blood collection (up to 20 tubes per patient)**.
* Experience in **administering IM and IV/IV medications**.
* Knowledge of **biosafety and pre-analytical control**.
* Familiarity with **team management and clinical workflow organization**.
**Preferred Qualification:**
Experience in clinics or laboratories serving **high-end clientele (A+ segment)**.

**Monday to Friday:** 12:00 PM to 9:00 PM
**Saturday:** 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
