Ability to work in a team Responsibilities and Duties: * Perform masonry work, including construction of walls, floors, slabs, and other structures according to established quality standards. Interpret and follow blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications to ensure correct project execution. * Prepare mortar, lay bricks and blocks, level surfaces, and apply finishes as required. * Perform cutting and adjustments on construction materials, demonstrating technical skills and attention to detail. * Collaborate with other construction teams to ensure efficient integration of masonry structures with other parts of the project. * Strictly comply with all workplace safety regulations, promoting a safe environment for oneself and colleagues. Requirements and Qualifications: * Experience as a Construction Mason or in similar positions within civil construction, demonstrating technical skills and knowledge in masonry. * Proactive attitude, commitment to quality and workplace safety, and ability to work in a team.
