We strive to inspire and empower our employees in everything we do and invite you to join our team — **WE BRING IDEAS TO LIFE**. **YOUR ROLE:** * Actively manage the **RFQ and quotation pipeline**, tracking conversion rate (win rate) and follow\-up on commercial proposals. * Monitor and control **raw material positions** related to the Fruits \& Vegetables portfolio. * Conduct **market, competitive, and price trend analyses**, supporting commercial and strategic decisions. * Develop business opportunities with **existing and potential customers**, contributing to customer base expansion. * Develop **pricing models**, prepare commercial proposals, and lead negotiations with customers. * Manage commercial contracts and track **monthly sales performance, volumes, and margins**. * Perform **ad hoc sales and profitability analyses**, providing insights for portfolio optimization. * Support **Pricing \& Trading Desk** activities, ensuring visibility and control over positions and commercial opportunities. * Contribute to the **development and implementation of the Pricing \& Trading strategy**, aligned with the business unit’s strategy. * Support initiatives aimed at **expanding market share and improving portfolio profitability**. * Collaborate in defining commercial strategies that support achieving **volume, revenue, and profit targets**. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Bachelor’s degree in **Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Agribusiness, or related fields**. * Proven experience in **pricing, trading, sales operations, or commercial analysis**, preferably in **food ingredients, agricultural commodities, or agribusiness**. * Strong analytical capability and ability to work with **market data, costs, and margins**. * Results-oriented profile with **negotiation skills and commercial acumen**. * Advanced English (international business environment). * Proficiency in **Excel and analytical tools**; experience with ERP or trading systems is a plus. **Equal Opportunities for All!** All candidates are welcome, regardless of age, ancestry, disability, ethnicity, gender, nationality, religion, sexual orientation, social origin, or any other characteristic.
