Control and assurance of safety standards Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of building facilities (electrical, plumbing, civil, painting, etc.), monitor and supervise third-party service providers to ensure quality, adherence to deadlines, and contractual compliance, monitor and control the preventive maintenance schedule for equipment: air conditioning, fire extinguishers, alarm systems, laboratory equipment, etc.; conduct periodic inspections of company premises to identify repair or improvement needs, monitor the execution of contracted services, manage inventory of maintenance materials and tools, visit stores to purchase maintenance materials or deliver equipment for servicing, ensure compliance with safety regulations and sound technical practices, prepare technical reports and records of performed maintenance, support the management of maintenance and general service contracts. **Mandatory Requirement:** Possession of a driver's license and certifications in regulatory standards NR-10 and NR-35. Absence of these certifications is disqualifying!
