Working Hours: Monday to Friday, from 08:00 to 18:00 Main Responsibilities: * Operational Routine: Track orders from billing through delivery * Update delivery statuses and controls in spreadsheets or systems * Support route planning for deliveries * Schedule deliveries with customers, ports, and airports Documentation and Administrative Support * Issue and verify basic documents (NF-e, CT-e) * Organize and archive transportation and delivery documents (delivery receipts) * Assist in sending documentation requested by customers Coordination with Carriers * Maintain contact to monitor pickups and deliveries * Support simple freight quotation requests (no strategic negotiation) Inventory and Control * Support control of goods inflow and outflow * Assist in periodic inventory counts * Support verification of product expiration dates and organization Customer Service and Support * Inform customers about order status * Assist in resolving incidents (delays, returns, damages), escalating to responsible parties Minimum Education: High School (Secondary Education) Desired Qualifications: * Logistics, Higher Education * Meal allowance: BRL 25.00/day * Health insurance plan * Dental insurance plan
