Job Description \-As a Laboratory Technician I, you will be responsible for planning and conducting bench-scale tests, performing specific analyses, compiling results into designated spreadsheets, and preparing reports. Additionally, you will collect samples from specific points across crushing plants, processing facilities, slurry pipelines, and water reservoirs. **Key responsibilities include:** * Conducting routine laboratory tests: grindability, desliming, flotation, sedimentation, magnetic concentration, leaf filter testing, and reagent quality; * Performing specific analyses: sieve analysis, sample splitting, drying, reagent preparation, and pulp rheology; * Sampling at designated points across the crushing plant, processing facility, slurry pipeline, and water reservoirs—and scheduling external sample submissions when required; * Conducting weekly bench-scale input quality tests to verify the quality of received reagents, including starch, amine, and lime; * Performing specific analyses to ensure process laboratory QAQC, equipment verification schedule compliance, and overall laboratory quality assurance; * Monitoring weekly water quality and conducting monthly flotation tests using different water sources; * Receiving, executing, and closing daily and weekly work plans, supporting smooth operations and timely delivery of weekly process requirements; * Performing general cleaning and organization tasks for equipment, laboratories, and containers using manual and mechanical tools, and properly disposing of samples to uphold 5S standards in the workplace; * Complying with Safety and Occupational Health, Environmental, Social Responsibility, and Business Integrity policies and procedures. **Qualifications \-Ideal candidate profile for this position:** * Completed high school education * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite * Experience in the activities described for this role is preferred * Technical training in mining or geology is desirable * Residence in Conceição do Mato Dentro/MG, Serro/MG, Congonhas do Norte/MG, Dom Joaquim/MG, or Alvorada de Minas/MG **Additional Information \-Why join our team?** We are a company committed to turning our beliefs and values into reality.
