* Support the development and review of technical calibration procedures; * Properly handle, preserve, and store reference standards and instruments; * Comply with internal procedures and requirements of ABNT NBR ISO/IEC 17025; * Issue certificates and reports containing results, uncertainties, and technical observations; * Ensure metrological traceability to national and international standards; * Adhere to safety, quality, and environmental regulations; * Identify and report non-conformities and improvement opportunities; * Participate in internal and external audits; * Perform calibrations on instruments both at company facilities and at client sites (external environment); * Maintain up-to-date calibration histories and equipment control records; * Workplace organization: Keep the workplace organized and within controlled environmental conditions; * Incident handling: Handle incidents efficiently, ensuring prompt and effective resolution; * Suggest continuous improvements for greater laboratory efficiency; * Collaborate on organizing and standardizing administrative activities within the department; * Provide support for other departmental tasks as required; * Comply with the company’s institutional guidelines.
