**Job Description – Laboratory Assistant (Focus on Physicochemical Analysis)** **Responsibilities:** * Assist in sample preparation according to established technical procedures. * Organize, sanitize, and maintain clean workbenches, glassware, equipment, and other laboratory areas. * Conduct physicochemical analyses following internal methods and standards. * Record analysis data, update spreadsheets, reports, and internal controls. * Store materials appropriately, perform inventory control, and request replenishments when necessary. * Ensure compliance with internal regulations, food safety standards, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). * Support technical teams, assistants, and development professionals. **Desired Qualifications:** * Completed Technical Course in Chemistry.
