




Job Description: Technical Skills: * Collect samples from raw material receipts to conduct physicochemical, sensory, and release analyses. * Support the performance of analyses on ultra-pasteurized and condensed products for release to packaging. * Support the performance of physicochemical analyses on butter during processing and on finished products. * Monitor product quality during processing, raw materials stored in silos and tanks at the refrigeration station, and tanks in the production area. * Collect solutions from CIP central systems and water sampling points, and perform physicochemical analyses to ensure recommended concentration and quality for use. * Support the execution of microbiological analyses on raw materials, packaging materials, finished products, in-process products, environments, personnel, equipment, and uniforms. Academic Qualification: * Completed Technical Education in Chemistry. Requirement: * Must hold an active CRQ registration.
