Perform simple preventive and corrective maintenance of equipment Barueri \- SP On-site R$ 2\.500,00 to R$ 2\.750,00 (Gross Monthly) 1 Position Permanent \- CLT Analyst Full time **Position: Laboratory Analyst I – Hematology** **Location:** Biomega Medicina Diagnóstica **About the opportunity:** We are seeking a Laboratory Analyst I to work in the Hematology department, performing analyses, verification, and release of results, ensuring quality and accuracy in laboratory tests. **Main responsibilities:** * Perform and supervise hematological tests, including complete blood counts, reticulocyte counts, erythrocyte sedimentation rate (ESR), hemoglobin electrophoresis, and leukocyte differential counts; * Verify, validate, and release results with full traceability and compliance with quality standards; * Monitor internal and external quality controls, identifying deviations and implementing corrective actions; * Perform calibration and validation of reagents and equipment; * Perform simple preventive and corrective maintenance of equipment; * Monitor performance indicators and propose improvements to analytical routines; * Ensure proper preparation, storage, and disposal of samples; * Guide and support technical staff regarding procedures and good laboratory practices; * Participate in training sessions, audits, and technical meetings; * Comply with applicable regulations and legislation (ANVISA RDC 302/2005 and ISO 15189\). **Requirements:** * Prior experience in clinical hematology routine, preferably in medium- to large-scale laboratories; * Knowledge of automated equipment (Sysmex XN9100, Alifax T1 2\.0, Stago Evolution, Cobas C513, Variant II – Bio-Rad, Wadiana Compact – Grifols); * Experience interpreting quality control data, performing simple equipment maintenance, and calibrating and validating reagents; * Familiarity with laboratory information systems (LIS) and good technical documentation practices; * Desirable experience in training technical staff; * Experience in microscopic slide interpretation. **Work schedule:** 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM, rotating 6x1 shift (including alternating weekends and holidays) **Benefits:** * Meal Allowance * Food Voucher * Transportation Voucher * Health and Dental Insurance (Amil) * Tuition Assistance * TotalPass * SESC Partnership * Corporate University ### **Requirements** ##### **Education** University degree ### **About BIOMEGA MEDICINA** Biomega grows every day, and all employees are trained to deliver excellence in our laboratory services, uphold high quality with a focus on diagnostic clarity, and provide our clients with secure and timely results.
