Job Summary: On-call shift work, performing processing, analysis, and release of laboratory tests across various disciplines. Key Highlights: 1. On-call shift work, including night shifts and weekends 2. Processing and analysis of laboratory tests in hematology, biochemistry, and immunology 3. Interpretation and validation of results for release to the clinical staff Main Responsibilities: On-call shift work, potentially including day, night, weekend, and holiday shifts, as required by the hospital. Perform processing, analysis, and release of laboratory tests in hematology, biochemistry, immunology, microbiology, urinalysis, blood gas analysis, and other laboratory departments. * Execute and supervise technical and operational procedures, ensuring result quality and reliability. * Conduct internal and external quality control of laboratory equipment and reagents. * Operate, calibrate, and perform routine checks on laboratory equipment. * Interpret laboratory results and validate tests for release to the clinical staff. * Respond to urgent and emergency test requests from the emergency department, ICU, and inpatient units. * Record information in laboratory information systems (LIS) and maintain traceability of performed analyses. * Communicate critical results to physicians, where applicable.
