The employee will be responsible for conducting laboratory tests, interpreting technical standards and mechanical drawings, and ensuring that processes meet the company's required quality standards. If you have experience in this field, knowledge of physical, chemical, and metallographic testing, and seek a dynamic and challenging environment, this position is for you. Main Responsibilities: Conducting laboratory tests (physical, chemical, and metallographic) according to established procedures. Reading and interpreting technical standards and mechanical drawings. Performing destructive and non-destructive testing of materials and components. Recording and controlling data obtained from laboratory tests. Supporting non-conformance segregation and preparing technical reports of test results. Applying and managing basic quality tools (5S, statistical process control tools, etc.). Ensuring that processes comply with quality requirements as per applicable standards. Requirements: Technical High School or ongoing undergraduate degree in Quality, Mechanical Engineering, Metallurgical Engineering, Chemistry, Materials Science, or related fields. Prior experience in laboratory testing (physical, chemical, or metallographic). Knowledge of reading and interpreting technical standards and mechanical drawings. Familiarity with destructive and non-destructive testing. Basic knowledge of quality tools (e.g., 5S, process control, performance indicator analysis). Experience in laboratory data control and recordkeeping. Organizational skills, attention to detail, and strong communication ability.
