Learn more at www.3coracoes.com **Responsibilities and Duties** * Monitor SESMT (Occupational Safety and Occupational Medicine Subsystems), identifying issues, providing guidance, and ensuring periodic medical examinations and delivery of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) to unit employees; * Support the Benefits area, ensuring timely delivery of its offerings to internal clients; * Participate in Recruitment and Selection processes, including job posting, resume screening, candidate sourcing, and interviews; * Organize, conduct, and promote internal events; * Request and monitor implementation of disciplinary actions; * Provide information to the payroll outsourcing provider, upon request, regarding labor lawsuits; * Manage the unit’s electronic timekeeping system and support the Working Hours Control area; * Organize mandatory training sessions and deliver internal training when required; * Ensure and monitor admission, leave of absence, vacation, dismissal, and union homologation processes for the unit; * Lead the onboarding process for new employees; * Monitor personnel allocation data in the Unit Personnel Allocation Chart (QLP) and Third-Party Allocation Chart (QLT), aligned with the approved budget and monthly promotions/transfers; * Support Payroll operations by submitting required information and verifying preliminary reports sent by the payroll outsourcing provider; * Provide data and insights for tracking and monitoring departmental KPIs; * Update and consolidate managerial/operational information for periodic meetings; * Support projects as the designated focal point; * Assist employees with questions related to Human Resources processes. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Education** * Completed undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology, or related fields. **Required** * Prior experience in this role; * Prior experience in the industrial sector; **Desirable** * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with production routines; * Computer literacy and ERP systems knowledge. **Additional Information** **Benefits** * Shared Health Plan; * Dental Plan; * Transportation Voucher; * Commuter Bus Service; * Meal Voucher; * On-site Meals; * Monthly Product Kit; * Telemedicine and Online Therapy fully covered by the company (extended to dependents); * Life Insurance; * Wellhub; * Profit-Sharing Program (PLR); * Commuter Bus Service; The ***3corações*** Group is a company of **people passionate** about what they do.
