**Job Description**: We are seeking a Junior Financial Analyst to join our finance team and support the company's financial control and planning. The professional will have direct contact with departmental routines, contributing to the company's financial health and strategic decision-making at Movplan. **Responsibilities** --------------------- * Support posting and reconciliation of accounts payable and accounts receivable * Assist in preparing daily, weekly, and monthly cash flow statements * Analyze and organize fiscal and financial documents (invoices, bank slips, contracts) * Contribute to preparing managerial reports and presentations for leadership * Support cost control related to whiteboard and charging cabinet production * Perform bank reconciliations and balance monitoring * Assist in the budgeting process * Identify opportunities for improvement in internal financial processes **Requirements** -------------- * Degree in Accounting Sciences, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields (completed or in progress) * Basic Excel knowledge (formulas, pivot tables, charts) * Analytical thinking and attention to detail * Organizational skills and ability to manage deadlines * Strong communication skills and collaborative mindset **Preferred Qualifications** ---------------- * Prior experience (internship or trainee) in finance or accounting * Familiarity with ERPs (e.g., Sankhya or similar systems) * Interest in the industrial/manufacturing sector **Location** **Employment Type** **Work Model** Ribeirão Preto, SP, BR Full-time CLT On-site
