We are seeking an Information Technology Intern to support departmental activities by delivering technical support, system monitoring, user assistance, incident tracking, and support for projects and process improvements. We seek students with an interest in technology, an analytical mindset, eagerness to learn, and ambition to build a career in a dynamic and innovative environment. **Responsibilities and Duties** **Main Responsibilities:** ****• Assistance in monitoring networks and operating systems; * First-level technical support (help desk) for users, including incident handling, software and equipment installation and configuration; ****• Support for preventive and corrective maintenance of IT equipment; ****• Recording and updating hardware and software inventory; ****• Support for documenting processes, operational routines, and internal IT policies; ****• Participation in continuous improvement and operational process automation projects; ****• Execution of tasks under guidance from the technical team, adhering to the company’s information security standards. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Requirements:** * Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Networks, or related fields; * Basic knowledge of operating systems (Windows and/or Linux); * Familiarity with networking, hardware, and Microsoft Office suite; * Strong communication skills, organizational ability, and willingness to learn. **Additional Information** **Conditions:** * Hybrid work model, requiring physical presence at our office in Jabaquara district (São Paulo/SP), three times per week. * Working hours: 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM. **Benefits:** * Monthly stipend: R$ 1\.400,00 * Meal allowance: R$ 900,00/month * Medical and dental insurance * Well-being Program (Wellhub/Gympass, Conexa, and Psicologia Viva) Volkswagen Group Services is the strategic partner of all companies and brands within the Volkswagen Group.
