Thus, we deliver what they require through customized projects and strategic planning, ensuring their satisfaction with tangible results. **Qualifications** * Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program in Technology-related fields, such as Computer Networks, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related disciplines; * Students pursuing Engineering degrees with a technology focus—including Computer Engineering, Electronics, or Telecommunications—are also eligible; * Proficiency in English is a plus, especially for reading and written communication. **Responsibilities** * Support daily activities within the Pre-Sales department, collaborating with technical and commercial teams; * Assist in drafting, organizing, and updating technical documents, policies, and procedures related to solution demonstrations and customer environment testing; * Develop in-depth technical knowledge of the company’s product and solution portfolio through continuous study and attendance at technical presentations; * Participate in internal training programs and capacity-building initiatives offered by the company; * Proactively support Sales Engineering teams on technical and operational requests; * Contribute technical expertise throughout the sales process, supporting proposal development and execution of higher-complexity projects in close partnership with the commercial team. **Benefits:** * Internship stipend: R$ 2,000.00. * Transportation allowance * Meal allowance (R$ 45.76 per day), balance distributed between FOOD and FLEX Swile Card. * Paid vacation: 30 days every 12 months (during academic holidays) * Personal accident insurance – SulAmérica. * Fresh fruit served at breakfast. * Internship schedule: Monday to Friday, from 10:00 to 17:00 (with a 1-hour break), totaling 6 hours per day / 30 hours per week * Hybrid work model: 4 days on-site and 1 day remote Minimum Education Level: Undergraduate Degree Preferred Fields of Study:* Computer Science, Undergraduate Degree * Computer Engineering, Undergraduate Degree Languages:* English (Intermediate)
