**RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES**
**Main responsibilities**: **Key activities:**
* Support in drafting procedural documents and legal documents;
* Conducting legal research;
* Assisting and supporting lawyers within the department;
* Supporting client communication and external assignments, when necessary;
* Supporting client-related matters;
* Accompanying and supporting client interactions.
* Contributing to the firm’s administrative routine by supporting internal teams;
* Performing activities related to the legal area;
* Providing internal support on procedural matters concerning assets;
* Registering companies’ judicial actions in the system;
* Providing post\-sales support to clients;
* Analyzing judicial proceedings and notifications;
* Calculating judicial deadlines;
**REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS**
* Currently enrolled in the 5th to 8th semester of an undergraduate Law program;
* Strong verbal and written communication skills;
* Organizational skills, attention to detail, and a strong sense of responsibility;
* Advanced proficiency in Google tools;
* Proficiency in online research tools;
* Ability to work collaboratively and with management systems;
* Analytical, proactive profile committed to deadlines and deliverables;
* Prior experience in the legal field will be considered a plus.
* Residency in Americana\-SP.
**ADDITIONAL INFORMATION**
* Work Location: Americana/SP – Downtown
* Work Model: 100% in-person
* Employment Type: Internship
* Working Hours: Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM
* Monthly stipend of R$ 1\.350,00
