We are looking for an analytical, organized, and curious individual interested in building a career in the financial industry and contributing to the development of new products and solutions. In this position, you will support regulatory and market research, prepare materials and presentations, monitor multidisciplinary projects, and organize information. You will also participate in the operational structuring of new financial products, contributing to mapping workflows, documentation, and implementation steps. **Responsibilities and duties** **Your day-to-day will include:** * Conducting regulatory and market research; * Supporting the preparation of materials, presentations, and documentation; * Participating in monitoring multidisciplinary projects; * Supporting the operational structuring of new financial products, including mapping workflows, documentation, and implementation steps; * Organizing databases, documents, and other area-related information. **Requirements and qualifications** **For this role, the following are essential:** * Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in Law, Economics, Business Administration, Engineering, Psychology, History, or related fields; * Basic knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite; * Interest in the capital markets, financial innovation, and structured operations; * Interest in learning about product development and new business initiatives; * Organized, analytical, proactive, and detail-oriented profile; * Ability to work effectively in teams and collaborate across different departments. **Desirable but not mandatory:** * Familiarity with Artificial Intelligence tools applied to productivity, research, and document analysis; * Basic understanding of negotiable instruments. **Additional information** At VERT, our benefits go beyond the essentials.
