Digital Evolution Internship

Description

We are looking for an **Intern** to join Algar's Digital Evolution Management team, supporting strategic initiatives focused on growth, engagement, and evolution of the Algar App—one of the company’s primary digital channels. Here, you will have the opportunity to participate in projects impacting thousands of customers, monitor key performance indicators, contribute to the evolution of digital customer journeys, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams from Technology, Business, Customer Experience, and Digital Products. **Responsibilities and duties** * Support initiatives for growth and adoption of the Algar App; * Monitor performance, engagement, and user experience metrics; * Participate in designing and evolving customer digital journeys; * Contribute analyses, studies, and improvement proposals to increase recurrence and usage of digital channels; * Support backlog management, testing, and tracking of new features; * Interact with multidisciplinary teams from technology, business, customer experience, and digital products; * Participate in projects impacting thousands of customers and helping transform Algar’s digital experience **Requirements and qualifications** * Students enrolled in programs such as Administration, Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, Marketing, Economics, or related fields; * Interest in technology, digital products, and customer experience; * Analytical, organized profile with strong willingness to learn; * Ability to work effectively in teams and communicate across diverse departments; * Intermediate proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint is a plus; * Curiosity to understand data, product metrics, and digital growth. **Work modality:** On-site (Uberlândia and regional offices) / Remote (all other locations).
