INTERNSHIP - NURSING

Description

Carry out an internship under the direct supervision of a senior-level healthcare team member, providing assistance in the Nursing area to learn all routine tasks and gain professional experience and knowledge. **Responsibilities and duties** * Assist nurses in performing dressings, following departmental guidelines and protocols; * Support wound, skin, and pressure injury prevention care; * Prepare materials and organize the environment for procedures; * Accompany patients during consultations, examinations, and appointments; * Monitor vital signs and report any abnormalities to the nursing team; * Assist in educating patients and their companions about basic health care; * Support specimen collection for laboratory tests, when necessary; * Record simple information related to the care provided; * Provide humanized, respectful, and ethical care to oncology patients. **Requirements and qualifications** MANDATORY TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS: * Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program in Nursing, from the 4th semester onward. DESIRED TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS: * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; * Skills and knowledge required to perform all nursing procedures; * Familiarity with the current Professional Code of Ethics; **Additional information** **Transportation:** Transportation allowance; **Meals:** Meal allowance/food allowance of R$ 14.30 per workday. **Internship stipend:** R$ 800.00 Are you looking for more than just a job?
