Commercial negotiations focused on results The professional will be responsible for customer service and direct customer relationship, conducting contacts via telephone and e-mail. They must use the company’s internal system to issue orders, commercial proposals, and update information. Key responsibilities include: Populating Excel spreadsheets with call reports and customer data. Conducting active prospecting across the entire national territory, developing and managing their own portfolio. Leading commercial negotiations with quick thinking and a results-oriented focus. Negotiating freight terms, which are always flexible according to customer needs. Following up on quotation processes with suppliers, as this is a reselling business. Ensuring efficient delivery flow, with carriers picking up products directly from the company. Prerequisites: Salary: R$1783.80 + 1–4% commission + bonus.
