You will lead innovation projects focused on Artificial Intelligence and Generative AI, driving operational efficiency, new business models, and differentiated technology experiences. As a technology manager, you will also serve as a technical and leadership reference for your team, supporting experimentation, delivery, technical evolution, and strategic initiatives. **Why you?** If you meet the requirements below, this opportunity may be for you: **Mandatory Requirements** * Degree in Systems, Technology, Computer Science, or related fields. * Experience in digital solutions, innovation, and AI—including leading projects and development teams. * Practical experience with GenAI and Python. Knowledge of: * LangChain, LlamaIndex, FastAPI, crewAI, LangGraph. * Agent architectures (multi-agent systems, roles, tools, memory, MCP, A2A). * Building RAGs: vector DBs, chunking, embeddings, semantic search, and hybrid search. * Azure Cloud: Containers, Functions, Cosmos, Azure AI Search, Azure OpenAI. * CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions). * Advanced/fluent English and intermediate Spanish. * Willingness to travel occasionally. **Preferred Qualifications** Experience in innovation centers or projects involving emerging technologies. Experience with IoT, VR/AR, or robotics (areas highlighted within the BeyondLabs environment).
