FM SOFT SERVICES 1\. Clean utensils and areas; 2\. Supply water to drinking fountains in the areas; 3\. Select machines, cleaning products and materials; 4\. Assess the type of surface to be worked on, degree of dirtiness and type of dirt; 5\. Clean furniture and utensils, countertops, curtains and blinds; 6\. Keep machines under their responsibility in good condition for service execution; 7\. Remove dirt, wash, sweep, mop, dry surfaces and vacuum dust, such as floors, walls and ceilings in enclosed and open spaces; 8\. Replace disposable items such as toilet paper, paper towels, cups, soaps and sanitizing solutions; 9\. Perform cleaning of glass and mirrors; 10\. Water plants in their area of responsibility; 11\. Report infrastructure deviations from the client; 12\. Accompany suppliers/third parties when requested; 13\. Receive information and forward it to the immediate supervisor; 14\. Collect, package and segregate waste according to the generator group; 15\. Clean kitchenette utensils and equipment; 16\. Dilute cleaning products; 17\. Use diluted cleaning products in dispensers; 18\. Perform simple movement of small furniture; 19\.
