Values initiative, teamwork, and flexibility for new learning Disk Jardim, a company engaged in retail and gardening service provision, is hiring a General Assistant for Ribeirão Preto with the following profile: If you are a professional focused on tasks, organized, proactive, and communicative, this is your opportunity! **Requirements to participate in the selection process:** Reside in Ribeirão Preto or neighboring cities; Completed elementary education; Experience in operational work; Good verbal communication skills; Focus on task completion; Interest in plants and animals; Flexibility for new learning; Organized profile, with initiative and teamwork orientation; **Preferred qualifications (advantageous):** Experience with gardening products (plants and supplies); Valid driver’s license category B. **Main responsibilities:** Loading and unloading products and goods (turf, plants, and general supplies); Maintaining store plants; Organizing store products/goods; Conducting external visits to perform gardening services; Using PPE for gardening activities; Providing customer support when necessary; Assisting with organizing and cleaning store products and common areas; Caring for and maintaining the workplace environment; Performing other duties pertinent to the position. **Work Schedule and Remuneration:** CLT employment contract. Working hours: Monday to Friday, from 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM with a 1-hour break; Saturdays from 7:30 AM to 1:00 PM. Work two Saturdays per month on an alternating basis (one Saturday worked, next Saturday off).
