Job Summary: The Junior Import Analyst will support import operational routines, assist in document verification and payment control. Key Highlights: 1. Will maintain contact with suppliers and internal departments Reponto has an opportunity for a **Junior Import Analyst**, exclusively for **People with Disabilities and INSS Rehabilitation Recipients**, to work at a company in the foreign trade sector. **Employment Type:** Permanent (CLT) **Location:** Jardim Paulistano – São Paulo/SP **Work Format:** Hybrid (3 days on-site and 2 days remote – flexible) **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM, with a 1h30 lunch break **Remuneration:** Market-competitive **Main Responsibilities:** * Support analysts in import operational routines, such as initiating processes, follow-ups, and foreign exchange closure control * Assist in the verification, organization, and control of import documents (Invoice, Packing List, BL/AWB, certificates, etc.) * Perform registrations and updates of information in internal systems * Provide support in controlling payments related to import processes (international freight, fees, warehousing, etc.) * Monitor and update shipment control spreadsheets, reporting status to involved departments * Maintain contact with suppliers, freight forwarders, customs brokers, and internal departments for operational alignment * Organize and maintain physical and digital files related to processes **Requirements:** * Completed high school education * Prior experience or internship in Foreign Trade is considered a plus * Interest in working in and learning more about this field * Basic knowledge of Excel **Benefits:** * Transportation Allowance (as needed) or Shuttle Service (up to 6% deduction) * Meal or Food Allowance (R$ 50.00 per business day) * Bradesco Health Insurance (no monthly fee for holder and dependents, with 30% co-payment) * SulAmérica Dental Insurance (R$ 17.00 for holder and dependents) * Life Insurance (no deduction) * Profit Sharing (up to 2 salaries) * TotalPass * Sesc Partnership * Language Assistance (partially subsidized by the company) * Private Pension Plan (Banco do Brasil) * Nutritional Counseling * Extended Parental Leave (Maternity: 180 days | Paternity: 20 days) Minimum Education Level: High School (2nd Degree)
