The professional will be responsible for financial control and reconciliation of marketplace platforms, ensuring verification of sales, payouts, fees, and other related tasks. We seek an organized individual with attention to detail, familiarity with financial routines and Excel. Experience in e\-commerce is a plus. **Position: Financial Assistant Level I** **Responsibilities:** Sales and payout reconciliation across platforms, invoice verification, accounts receivable control, fee and commission tracking, support for accounts payable and receivable, report preparation, direct communication with the accounting office, among others **Requirements:** Preferably pursuing a degree in Business Administration or related finance fields; experience in finance; knowledge of marketplace operations (Shopee, Amazon, Mercado Livre, TikTok, etc.); basic/intermediate Excel skills; organization and attention to detail. **Preferred Qualifications:** Experience in e\-commerce / ERPs Schedule: Monday to Thursday, 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM; Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM (100% in-person position) Employment Type: Direct Hire (CLT) Compensation: R$2\.500,00 \- R$3\.221,00 per month Benefits: * Medical insurance * Dental insurance * Fuel allowance * Free parking * Profit-sharing program * Meal voucher * Transportation voucher Work Location: In-person
