Always committed to humanized and excellent care, it received ANVISA certification in 2020 for best practices in patient safety. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Assist in managing accounts payable and receivable; * Support bank reconciliation and statement verification; * Perform financial entries in the system (invoices, expenses, and revenues); * Organize and archive financial documents; * Update control spreadsheets and cash flow statements; * Verify fiscal and financial documents; * Provide support for administrative routines within the finance department; * Assist in communication with internal departments and suppliers for information verification; * And other related activities. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Currently enrolled in Administration, Accounting Sciences, Economics, or related fields; * Basic knowledge of Excel or electronic spreadsheets; * Organizational skills and attention to detail; * Strong communication skills and proactivity; * Aptitude for working with numbers and financial controls; Interest in learning finance department routines. * **Additional Information** * On-site meals; * Meal allowance; * Wellhub (Gympass); * Conexa Saúde; * SESC benefits; * Partnerships with educational institutions.
