Focus on continuous improvement and operational efficiency **Facilities Supervisor** =============================== Wyda | Sorocaba - SP | On-site Job Description Act as the responsible party for the integrated management of industrial facilities areas, playing a strategic role similar to that of an industrial building manager, ensuring the preservation, functionality, safety, and organization of the facilities. Will supervise building maintenance, cleaning, landscaping, access control, and asset security services, ensuring environments suitable for industrial operations, in compliance with technical standards, legal requirements, safety regulations, and internal company policies. Responsibilities and Duties * Supervise, guide, and monitor in-house and/or third-party teams in cleaning, landscaping, building maintenance, and asset security. * Plan, organize, and ensure execution of daily facilities operational routines, guaranteeing continuity and efficiency of industrial operations. * Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations, environmental regulations, applicable legislation, and internal quality standards. * Conduct periodic inspections of internal and external areas of the industrial plant, identifying needs for preventive and corrective maintenance. * Manage service provider contracts, monitoring SLAs, performance indicators, costs, and service quality. * Control usage and inventory of materials, supplies, equipment, and PPE, ensuring availability and proper usage. * Support asset security management, including access control, patrol monitoring, incident handling, and assistance with contingency plans. * Proactively identify and mitigate operational, structural, asset-related, and security risks. * Serve as the focal point between internal departments, suppliers, and management, ensuring agile and effective response to business demands. * Contribute to continuous improvement of facilities processes, pursuing operational efficiency, cost reduction, and enhanced safety. Requirements and Qualifications * Completed high school education (technical or higher education in related fields preferred). * Prior experience in supervision or coordination of facilities, building maintenance, or similar areas. * Experience managing in-house and/or third-party teams. * Knowledge of building maintenance, professional cleaning, landscaping, and asset security. * Strong organizational, leadership, and hands-on operational capabilities. Desirable Requirements * Experience in industrial environments, especially manufacturing plants or large-scale industries. * Experience in industrial, logistics, or corporate condominiums. * Familiarity with facilities management systems, maintenance systems, or asset control systems. * Understanding of performance indicators, operational costs, and service contracts.
