Job Objective The Examination Technician will be responsible for performing diagnostic procedures with precision, care, and courtesy, ensuring patient safety, comfort, and confidence. The role involves close collaboration with medical and administrative teams to contribute to clinical service excellence. Technical Competencies * Technical course in Nursing, Radiology, Clinical Analysis, or related field (as appropriate for the type of examination performed); * Active professional registration (COREN, CRTR, or equivalent, where applicable); * Prior experience conducting examinations in clinics, hospitals, or laboratories; * Knowledge of patient preparation, positioning, and guidance; * Proficiency in handling, calibration, and basic maintenance of equipment; * Basic computer literacy and familiarity with examination management systems; * Understanding of biosafety and hygiene protocols. Job Responsibilities * Perform examinations according to technical protocols and medical instructions; * Prepare and guide patients before, during, and after examinations; * Operate and maintain examination equipment; * Accurately record results and information in the system; * Support organization and workflow in the examination room; * Ensure compliance with biosafety standards; * Collaborate with the clinical team to integrate patient services. * Receive and welcome patients courteously and efficiently; * Schedule, reschedule, and confirm appointments and examinations via phone, WhatsApp, or in person; * Provide clear information regarding procedures, schedules, and medical instructions; * Organize patient files, medical records, and authorizations; * Monitor and update patient flow coordination with clinical departments; * Assist with cash closing and simple collections (when required); * Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment.
