Description

**Description and Responsibilities:** **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. (1-hour lunch break). **Level:** Internship **Employment Type:** Internship Department responsible for planning, managing, and controlling the organization's financial resources, handling treasury operations, accounts payable and receivable, cash flow, and banking activities, as well as supporting financial and budgetary analyses, contributing to the efficiency and security of financial transactions. **Activities:** Verification and control of cash movements, including analysis of reversals and organization/digitization of financial documents; Inputting and updating managerial controls, with emphasis on indicators such as liquidity and resource idleness; Organization and archiving of reports used in financial reconciliation, especially those related to settlement accounts and agreements; Sorting, processing, and proper disposal of negotiable checks, in accordance with internal policies; Supporting departmental needs by drafting memoranda, responding to e\-mails, and performing operational verifications. **Requirements:** **Mandatory Requirements:** Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program in Administration, Economics, Accounting Sciences, Financial Management, or related fields; Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel (formulas, tables, and data organization); Strong analytical ability and attention to detail; Organizational skills and discipline in managing information and documents; Effective written and verbal communication; Proactivity and willingness to learn; Ability to work collaboratively in teams and across departments; Commitment to deadlines and delivery quality; **Preferred Qualification:** Basic understanding of financial routines (accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliation). **Benefits:** Anbima Health Insurance, Birthday Day Off, Meal Allowance, Food Voucher, Transportation Voucher, Wellhub
