Configuration of access control systems and testing of electronic equipment **Job Information:** **We are seeking a professional to serve as an Electronic Security Technical Supervisor, responsible for team coordination, project oversight, and ensuring service quality delivered both in the field and in the laboratory.** Responsibilities you will undertake with us: * Supervise and provide technical support to field teams during service calls and fault resolution * Participate in the development and implementation of new camera system (CCTV) projects * Perform programming and configuration of access control systems, including condominium gate automation systems * Organize and monitor daily preventive and corrective maintenance activities * Conduct bench testing of electronic equipment for validation and diagnostics * Identify material and equipment procurement needs in coordination with the commercial department * Participate in planning and preparation of technical proposals for clients * Ensure adherence to deadlines, service quality, and standardization * Support technical training of the team Requirements: * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Engineering, Networking, Telecommunications, or Information Security * 3–5 years of experience in the electronic security sector * Prior experience in technical leadership or team supervision * Knowledge of CCTV systems, access control, alarm systems, and gate automation * Valid driver's license (Category A/B) * Availability for travel and on-call duty Additional job details: * R$2\.633,00\+30% hazard pay * Mobile phone allowance * VA * VT Employment type: Full-time CLT Compensation: R$2\.633,00 per month Benefits: * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work location: On-site
