If you identify with who we are ***\#VemSerSolar \#PaixãoQueTransforma \#SedeQueImpulsiona*** **Responsibilities and Duties** #### **Your Day\-to\-Day Will Include:** * Developing diagnostic, descriptive, predictive, and prescriptive models and analyses using statistical analysis and machine learning techniques to support data\-driven decision\-making; * Continuously improving existing models to make the good even better; * Applying complex statistical modeling to specific business problems, ensuring increasingly higher rates of automatic approvals for very low\-risk cases; * Delivering high\-quality modeling projects rapidly, meeting the demands and specificities of each business segment; * Continuously updating your knowledge of emerging data science practices; * Applying statistical sampling and modeling techniques to identify business improvement opportunities; * Applying clustering techniques to identify customer profiles. **Requirements and Qualifications** #### **What You Need to Have:** * Bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, Chemistry, or related fields; * Knowledge of data science algorithms and coding proficiency in Python; * Familiarity with code versioning and review processes (e.g., GitHub, GitLab), model monitoring in production, and experimentation methodologies (e.g., A/B testing); * Experience building data products, handling large volumes of data, and using tools (e.g., Spark, Dask, etc.); Proficiency in SQL and the Data Science Toolkit (e.g., scikit\-learn, pandas, notebooks, etc.) and experience with predictive modeling. * #### **Nice\-to\-Have (Differentiators):** * Master’s degree or postgraduate qualification in fields related to data science; * Knowledge of model deployment processes in production and testing methodologies for data products; * Experience developing data products and familiarity with Machine Learning orchestration frameworks (e.g., Kubeflow, Airflow, MLflow). **Working Hours:** **Additional Information** #### **See Some Other Benefits of Being Solar:** To care for your health and safety: * Health insurance with special conditions for you and your dependents; * Telemedicine services covering multiple specialties, including telepsychology; * Dental plan; * Emotional Well\-Being Program; * Wellhub (fitness center network); * Life insurance.
