**About the position**

We are seeking a Data \& Performance Intern to support the Experience Awards and Insights team in activities related to data analysis, indicator development, performance monitoring, and operational support for departmental requests.
We are looking for students with an analytical, organized, and proactive mindset, who are interested in data, technology, performance, and continuous process improvement. This position offers the opportunity to develop practical skills in data analysis, routine automation, dashboard creation, and strategic metric tracking.
The intern will have direct exposure to databases, operational indicators, and strategic departmental requests, contributing to analyses, information organization, and insight generation that support the team’s decision-making.
**Responsibilities**
---------------------
* Support the organization, updating, and maintenance of the department’s databases;
* Assist in building and updating dashboards and management reports in Excel, Google Sheets, Power BI, Looker, Scripts, etc.;
* Perform performance indicator analysis and support goal and results tracking;
* Support data cross-referencing, processing, and validation from multiple sources;
* Automate and optimize operational routines and recurring reports;
* Assist in preparing presentations and executive materials with performance analyses;
* Support monitoring of departmental KPIs and strategic indicators;
* Organize and document internal processes, controls, and workflows;
* Contribute to operational improvements and data-driven suggestions;
* Pursue continuous learning about analytical tools, indicators, and departmental processes.
**Requirements**
--------------
* Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program in fields such as: Engineering, Statistics, Administration, Economics, Data Science, Information Systems, Systems Analysis and Development, Computer Science, or related disciplines, attending evening classes;
* Intermediate proficiency in Excel (formulas, pivot tables, database organization);
* Analytical mindset and strong logical ability to work with data and indicators;
* Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of prioritizing tasks;
* Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively in teams;
* Interest in data analysis, performance, metrics, and technology;
* Familiarity with or interest in Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools.
**Preferred Qualifications**

* Basic or intermediate knowledge of Power BI or Looker;
* Knowledge of Google Sheets or data visualization tools;
* Academic experience, projects, or courses related to data analysis;
* Basic knowledge of process automation or programming logic;
* Basic/intermediate English proficiency.
