We currently have an opening to work in the Computer Laboratory. **Responsibilities and duties** * Provide technical support to users of computer laboratories; * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on computers and equipment; * Install, configure, and update software and applications; * Monitor systems and applications to ensure stability and proper operation; * Assist in configuring printers, networks, and computer equipment; * Guide users on the use of hardware and software; * Contribute to the organization and operation of laboratories. **Requirements and qualifications** * Knowledge of Windows and Office 365; * Knowledge of computer networks; * Knowledge of hardware and computer maintenance; * Experience installing and configuring software; * Knowledge of printer configuration; * Organized, proactive profile with strong communication skills. **Additional information** Working hours: Monday to Friday, 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM; Saturday, 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM UNIFACENS is a Smart Campus, an innovative and patented concept of an intelligent campus.
