Focus on customer retention and social media promotion **Role:** Hair Professional (Hair Stylist) **Employment Type:** Self-employed (MEI) **Compensation:** 48% commission on the net value of each service performed, using products supplied by the clinic. **Main Responsibilities:** * Provide personalized customer service; * Perform female and male haircuts, coloring, highlights, and other chemical techniques; * Conduct hair treatments, blowouts, styling, and hair extension applications; * Also perform makeup, where applicable; * Maintain organization and hygiene of the workspace and materials; * Support service promotion through social media; * Focus on sales, offering additional procedures and promoting customer retention, both in-person and digitally. **Required Qualifications:** * Vocational training in Hairdressing; * Practical experience in cutting, coloring techniques, treatments, styling, makeup, and hair extensions/lengthening; * Experience in sales and customer relationship management, with emphasis on conversion and retention; * Familiarity with social media. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience with the AVEC system; * Knowledge of electronic invoice issuance. **Work Location:** São José dos Campos or Jacareí.
