Key responsibilities include: **Biological Sample Collection:** * Perform blood, body fluid, and other biological sample collections accurately, using appropriate techniques and ensuring patient comfort and safety. * Ensure correct identification of collected specimens in accordance with institutional protocols. **Operation of Clinical Laboratory Equipment:** * Operate manual and automated equipment used in the clinical laboratory responsibly and with technical proficiency. * Conduct calibrations, basic maintenance, and quality control procedures for equipment. **Interpretation and Validation of Results:** * Interpret and validate test results, ensuring their reliability. * Communicate results clearly and accurately to physicians and other healthcare professionals. **Technical and Regulatory Updates:** * Comply with biosafety standards, Good Laboratory Practices (GLP), and applicable legislation. * Stay updated on relevant technical and scientific guidelines within the field of practice. **Desired Experience** Prior experience in hospital or clinical laboratory settings; Experience with clinical analyses, biochemistry, hematology, microbiology, and immunology routines; Proficiency in using laboratory information systems (LIS); Participation in training or capacity-building programs related to biosafety and laboratory quality control; Strong interpersonal communication skills and ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Job Requirements:** * Completed undergraduate degree in Biomedical Sciences * Active registration with the Regional Council of Biomedicine (CRBM) * Availability to **work in the Castelo dos Sonhos District** – Altamira/PA * Commitment to professional ethics, teamwork, and high-quality patient care **Additional Information** **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience in hospital settings * Proficiency in laboratory testing and clinical analysis * Interest in working in a region of significant social importance **What We Offer:** * Ethical, collaborative, and human-centered work environment * Opportunity for professional growth and development * Direct contribution to public health and the well-being of the local community #### **Joining the Social Institute Mais Saúde is more than building a career—it is embracing the opportunity to positively impact the lives of thousands of Brazilians who rely on public healthcare services.** #### ***Our mission goes beyond efficiency and quality; we exist to ensure dignified reception and humanized care at every stage of the health rehabilitation process.
