Samuel Pessoa Laboratory is seeking an experienced Biomedical Scientist with technical management expertise to join our team, ensuring the quality and safety of laboratory processes, with a particular focus on relationships with supporting laboratories and requesting physicians. **Key Responsibilities:** \- Supervise the biological sample triage service, ensuring proper receipt and initial processing of specimens; \- Format, review, import, and release test reports originating from supporting laboratories; \- Develop and deliver training and guidance for specimen collectors, emphasizing patient-centered techniques for special populations (e.g., children, elderly, and bedridden patients); \- Serve as the technical liaison between LSP, supporting laboratories, and prescribing physicians, promoting efficient communication and necessary support; \- Support quality assurance and compliance with technical and regulatory protocols in the healthcare field; \- Participate in technical meetings and contribute to updating and standardizing internal procedures; \- Identify opportunities for improving operational processes and customer service. **Requirements:** Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Sciences, with active registration at the Regional Council of Biomedical Sciences (CRBM). \- Prior experience in clinical laboratories, preferably with technical interface with supporting laboratories; \- Proficiency in laboratory information systems and digital reporting; \- Strong interpersonal and instructional communication skills for team training; \- Commitment and proactivity. **Preferred Qualifications:** \- Experience in technical supervision or team coordination; \- Knowledge of continuous improvement tools or quality management systems. **What We Offer:** \- Opportunities for professional growth and continuous development; \- Competitive salary, meal allowance, transportation allowance, and potential performance-based bonuses.
