If you want to leave your mark, discover new paths, and embark on a journey full of flavor, care, and learning, join us in writing the next chapters of this adventure. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Produce gelatos, syrups, and bases following recipes, technical standards, and daily production planning (PCP), ensuring San Paolo’s signature flavor, consistency, and quality; * Operate and sanitize production equipment (gelato churns, blenders, ultra-freezers, and freezers) in compliance with food safety regulations and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP); * Record production outputs, inventory counts, and stock controls in the Athenas/Trílogo systems, ensuring organization, traceability, and operational efficiency; * Restock and maintain the display case according to standardized, attractive guidelines, guaranteeing an enchanting experience for our customers; * Maintain cleanliness and organization in the production area, contributing to a collaborative, safe, and San Paolo-aligned workplace culture. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed high school education; * Basic knowledge of food hygiene and safety; * Organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to follow operational standards; * Availability to work on a rotating 5-days-on / 2-days-off schedule; **Preferred:** * Experience in food production, pastry, ice cream shops, industrial kitchens, or related fields; * Familiarity with weighing, recipe proportions, and inventory control. **Additional Benefits** * Meal Allowance and Food Voucher (iFood Benefits Card); * Transportation Allowance or Fuel Assistance; * Wellhub (Gympass); * Birthday Day Off. **This is our purpose!** San Paolo Gelato & Café was founded in June 2012 in Fortaleza, Ceará.
