Job Summary:
A professional responsible for greeting customers, guiding them on examinations, collecting specimens, managing materials and documentation, and interacting with patients for surveys and follow-up.

Greet customers at the entrance and provide service;
Guide customers on procedures to be followed for scheduled examinations;
Receive and collect biological specimens, when necessary;
Print specimen collection instructions;
Organize and restock service counters;
Request supplies from inventory weekly or as needed;
Verify proper completion of requisition forms and registration in SHIFT;
Perform daily cash closing and forward funds to the Finance Department;
Sort and file internal requisitions by registration date;
Deliver examination reports;
Conduct Satisfaction Surveys and Fonada;
Call patients who experienced adverse events after specimen collection;
Record all types of incidents in SHIFT whenever necessary;
Accurately complete Quality documentation.
If trained, approved, and authorized by the Customer Service Coordinator, the professional may perform the following duties:
* Schedule examinations and home specimen collection;
* Answer telephone calls and respond to messages received via “WhatsApp” and e\-mail;
* Verify requisition forms and forward them to the Billing Department.
