We are looking for professionals with drive and an owner’s mindset, committed to achieving extraordinary results. **Responsibilities and duties** What will your responsibilities and challenges be? * Monitor and approve all incoming raw materials. Conduct visual inspection of packaging labels for all raw materials in each shipment, verifying the product described on the invoice and whether it has an NSC – National Sanitary Certificate; open the trailer and check ambient temperature; * Visually inspect all internal and external facilities, assessing overall organization, identification on drums and trolleys, whether ovens are at the correct temperature according to production control (audit), and compliance with all GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) standards; * Receive containers for loading finished products for export, verifying all data required for issuing the ISC – International Sanitary Certificate and approving container loading; * Complete traceability forms and support inspections by regulatory agencies MAPA, CETESB, and INMETRO; * Monitor the pest control program and the third-party company responsible for pest control (IPC – Integrated Pest Control); * Verify values on invoices for pest control and wastewater treatment services, forward them for payment, and serve as liaison between service providers and Biopet; verify service invoices and record them in specific control logs and the PROTHEUS system; * Perform administrative tasks, including issuing and updating documents and records, both physical and digital archiving; * Carry out the daily HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points) checklist; * Carry out pre-operational and operational checklists; * Request laboratory quotations and collect samples of finished products and water, forwarding them for laboratory analysis according to each customer’s and/or destination country’s requirements. **Requirements and qualifications** What will we evaluate? * Technical education currently underway or completed; * Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP); * Quality tools; * Quality Management System; * Familiarity with ISO 9001:2015 and NBR 13905 standards; * Prior experience in administrative and/or laboratory routines; * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); * Quality Policy. **Additional information** #### **Why Adeste?** * **Limitless learning**: With **Adesteflix**, our development platform, you’ll find courses, learning paths, and content designed to enhance your technical and behavioral skills—at your own pace and from anywhere. * **People-first culture**: We foster collaboration, leadership, an owner’s mindset, and determination to achieve extraordinary results. * **Room to grow**: We encourage everyone to take ownership of their career journey and seize opportunities for development. * **Culture of continuous feedback**: Because every exchange can spark new learning and growth. * **Educational partnerships**: We partner with academic institutions offering discounts and special conditions to support our employees’ academic and professional development. #### **Location of this opportunity** * We operate in **8 locations**, and this position is based at our **Botucatu – SP** site. * We value diversity and promote an inclusive environment.
