We are looking for a **PCP Assistant** to strengthen our team and contribute strategically and accurately to production planning. **Requirements:** * Completed technical education or ongoing higher education in Logistics, Administration, Production Engineering, or related fields; * Previous experience in PCP, production, or logistics; * Knowledge of production order control, production reporting, and productive capacity analysis; * Familiarity with ERP systems, spreadsheets (intermediate/advanced Excel), and production indicators; * Analytical, organized profile, with good communication skills and focus on results; * Availability for in-person work in Assis/SP. **Main Responsibilities:** * Assist in developing and monitoring the production plan according to demand and installed capacity; * Monitor production orders, control deadlines, and record production data in the system; * Support control of raw material and finished product inventories, signaling replenishment needs; * Perform analysis of production variances and propose adjustments when necessary; * Assist in generating production performance reports and indicators; * Collaborate with purchasing, inventory, shipping, and quality departments to ensure smooth production processes. **What we expect from you:** Someone with process-oriented thinking, attention to detail, and strong organizational and analytical skills.
