**Description** We are looking for a Quality Assistant. If you are detail-oriented, committed to continuous improvement, and passionate about ensuring excellence in processes and products, this position may be ideal for you! **Responsibilities and duties** Conduct inspection of raw materials and finished products, ensuring compliance with technical specifications; Issue reports on returns, complaints, and warehouse status, informing responsible departments to take corrective actions; Assist in developing and updating work procedures for process standardization and improvement; Prepare and arrange withdrawal of samples for laboratory analysis, supporting the laboratory and ensuring traceability; Control and organize quality-related documentation, supporting internal and external audits; Identify products returned by customers and support investigations into non-conformities; Assist in customer service (SAC) operations, responding to requests and complaints related to product quality; Report directly to the Quality Manager, Technical Assistant, and Quality Analyst. **Requirements and qualifications** Completed technical education in Metallurgy, Mechanical Engineering, Quality Management, Industrial Production, or related fields; Basic knowledge of quality standards (e.g., ISO 9001) and steel industrial processes; Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and procedures; Organizational skills, attention to detail, and communication ability; Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; Prior experience in quality control is an advantage; Willingness to work rotating shifts, if required.
