Job Summary: An architecture studio is seeking an Architect to create and develop projects from initial conception through to implementation, adhering to applicable regulations and legislation. Key Highlights: 1. Architecture project creation and implementation 2. Feasibility analysis and technical drawing production 3. Experience in related fields such as Urban Planning or Interior Design The architecture studio seeks an Architect professional located in São Bernardo do Campo. **Responsibilities:** Create architectural projects covering the entire process from initial concept to implementation, considering client needs and preferences, as well as current technical standards and legislation. Conduct feasibility investigations and analyses to assess project viability and potential constraints. Produce technical drawings, floor plans, sections, and construction details that visually represent the project. Previous experience as an Urban Planner, Interior Designer, Landscape Architect, or Civil Engineer may indicate alignment with some of the responsibilities associated with this position. Bachelor's degree required.
