Interact with clients, suppliers, and engineering/construction teams The company is seeking an Architect in São Paulo (Campo Belo). **Responsibilities:** Develop architectural and interior design projects (from preliminary to executive stages). Prepare floor plans, sections, elevations, detailed drawings, and 3D perspectives. Conduct on-site measurements and technical analysis of spaces. Coordinate and supervise construction works to ensure compliance with project specifications. Research and specify materials, finishes, and furniture. Interact with clients, suppliers, and engineering/construction teams. Prepare budgets and schedules when required. Previous experience as an Urban Planner, Interior Designer, Landscape Architect, or Civil Engineer may indicate suitability for some activities of this position. Bachelor's degree required.
