Application Development Manager

Description

Promote applications aligned with customer needs, supporting consultative sales. Provide technical consulting to the sales team for product and service solutions. Conduct customer visits together with the commercial team for prospecting and technical defense. Define technical scope and pricing for tenders and complex opportunities. Develop new applications and adapt solutions according to regional requirements. Participate in regulatory committees and transform regulations into business opportunities. Produce and communicate technical and marketing content (case studies, application notes). Coordinate product demonstrations and ensure alignment with customer needs. Train and upskill internal teams, customers, and partners on market applications. Support Key Account Managers (KAMs) and guide less experienced Application Development Managers (ADMs), ensuring technical quality. Knowledge of Environment, Hydrology, and Meteorology; Education: Environmental Engineer; Hydrological Engineer; Civil Engineer; Technicians in the above fields. Sales skills; Experience: Hydrology and Meteorology applications. Experience in hydrology and meteorology projects and installations. Knowledge of analytical, process, laboratory instrumentation, and consumables (reagents) is a plus.
