If you have experience in this field and wish to work in an environment of excellence, technology, and innovation in assisted reproduction, this opportunity may be for you! **Main Responsibilities:** * Semen preparation for ICSI and IVF * Performing PESA/TESA procedures * Conducting semen analysis * Sperm morphology analysis * Sperm DNA fragmentation assessment * Laboratory quality control * Performing routine laboratory tasks and administrative activities **Requirements:** * Knowledge of sperm analyses * Specialization in Assisted Reproduction * Committed, proactive profile with strong teamwork skills * Attention to detail and excellence in technique execution * Advanced English will be considered an advantage **Working Hours:** 44 hours per week (schedule: **Monday to Saturday or Sunday**).
